On this course, I will be taught various aspects of the games industry. Programming, art, audio and more will be taught to me and I will learn how to develop proper games. I will gain a lot of experience about how to professionally develop games. I am required to have gained a least a C grade in English and Maths.

This course is designed specifically to teach me about programming within the games industry. Programming is the most important part of developing a game and is also vastly more difficult to master than all the rest, so partaking in this course could be very useful for my future. I need a least a D grade in mathematics at GCSE level and a BTEC in games design, technology or mathematics.

An important skill that is taught would be programming, and it works will all the major areas in games development. The entry requirements state that i need English and maths at gcse level as well as either a BTEC in games design or a set of A levels such as Maths, physics, english and history.

Over the 4 years I will learn basic, then advanced programming skills. To gain entry, I need 4 GCSEs at C level or above including Maths and English. I would also be able to gain entry with my Games design BTEC.
